Pete serves as leader and entrepreneur for TrueNorth Construction, LLC. Pete has utilized his leadership, planning and project management skills to consistently deliver customer satisfaction for over 20 years in the construction field. He has developed deep relationships with a variety of leaders in the construction industry by treating all team members with the utmost respect and by taking a partnership approach in all situations.

In his previous role as a senior executive team member, Pete had the unique opportunity to serve a variety of customers, from small family owned businesses to some of the largest Fortune 50 companies. His varied background serving in a variety of roles allowed him to build the teams and processes to support five-fold growth in revenue and to include work in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Pete’s extensive experience includes development, design/build, ground up, remodel and tenant improvement in a national geographic area in both union and non-union environments. It’s no surprise that Pete is a natural problem solver which is attributable to his engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla (S&T).

Pete has also been a licensed qualifier as a general contractor in more than 17 states that require it (not all do), and is familiar with building codes and construction techniques appropriate for these areas. He lives in the St. Louis area with his wife Jenny, and their 5 children.
